Terms of Service

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the blockman.pro website and to public relations and media services bought from BlockmanPR. Where a signed proposal or contract says something different, that document wins.

What we sell, and the distinction that matters most

We distinguish three coverage types and never blur them.

Sponsored placement is paid space. It is guaranteed to publish, it is labelled as sponsored or partner content by the outlet, and you know the outlet and the price before it runs.

Paid organic is paid, editorial-style, and available only where the outlet permits it.

Earned editorial is a pitch. An editor decides whether to run it, what to say and when. It is not bought, it cannot be guaranteed, and any agency telling you otherwise is either paying for it quietly or describing something else.

Every proposal states which of the three each line item is. If a proposal is ever unclear on that point, ask before you pay.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee editorial coverage, the wording of an article, its position on a page, how long it stays online, or that a search engine will index it.

We do not guarantee commercial outcomes: token price, exchange listings, funding, user growth, or any other result downstream of coverage. Coverage is a media outcome, and anyone selling the others is selling something we do not offer.

Outlets sometimes change or remove published content for their own editorial reasons. Where that happens on a guaranteed placement we will seek a replacement or refund that item.

What we need from you

Accurate information. If a claim in your announcement is false, an outlet will pull it, and we cannot repair the relationship on your behalf.

The right to use what you send us. Logos, images, quotes and third-party names in your material must be yours to publish or licensed to you.

Timely approval. Turnaround times in a proposal start from your final written approval, not from the brief.

Payment

Work begins after payment or on the schedule set in your proposal. Package prices are stated on this site and in the proposal; custom scopes are quoted individually. Pitching is quoted either as a fixed fee or on success. Which applies is stated in your proposal.

Guaranteed sponsored placements are paid to outlets on your behalf and are non-refundable once booked, because the cost is committed at that point. Unstarted work is refundable in full. If we fail to deliver a guaranteed item, we replace it or refund it.

Fees are exclusive of any taxes that apply where you are established.

Disclosure and editorial standards

We follow the disclosure rules of every outlet we place with, and we do not ask journalists to run material without disclosure where disclosure is required.

We do not write fake reviews, fabricate quotes, buy engagement, or place coverage designed to look editorial when it was paid. We will decline a brief that requires any of those, and saying so here is the point of writing it down.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your brand, material and anything we write specifically for you once it is paid for. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, outlet data and the contents of this website.

We may name you as a client and show your logo unless your contract says otherwise or you ask us not to.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.

Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to a piece of work is limited to the fees you paid for that work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit, lost funding or reputational damage.

This is the ordinary allocation of risk for agency work: the fee is what we take, so the fee is what we can put at risk.

Ending an engagement

Either side can stop a project in writing. You pay for work delivered and for outlet costs already committed; anything else unstarted is refunded.

We may decline or stop work that would require us to break the standards above, or where a client asks us to publish something we believe to be false. In that case we refund unstarted work.

The website itself

Content on this site is provided for information. Prices shown are indicative of standard packages and are confirmed in a proposal. Outlet lists and network figures reflect our records at the date shown on the page.

We do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error free, and links to third-party sites are not endorsements of them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to work agreed after the update, not retroactively to work already contracted.
