Who we are
BlockmanPR is a crypto public relations and media agency. This policy covers blockman.pro and the enquiry forms on it. It describes what we actually do with data, not what a template says we might do.
Last updated 20 October 2026.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, company, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing on the form is collected that we do not use to answer you.
When you browse: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP at city level, referring site, device and browser type. This is collected through Google Analytics 4 and only after you accept analytics cookies.
Automatically, on every request: our servers and our CDN record IP address, timestamp and requested URL. These logs exist to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. They are not used to profile visitors.
Why we are allowed to hold it
For enquiries: to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and afterwards to perform it. If you ask us for a proposal, we need your details to send you one.
For analytics: your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
For server and security logs: our legitimate interest in running a site that stays up and is not abused. The data is minimal and retained briefly, which is what makes that interest reasonable.
Cookies and analytics
The site loads no analytics or marketing cookies until you choose. Declining leaves the site fully functional; nothing behind consent is required to read a page, see pricing or send an enquiry.
If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. We use it to see which pages get read and which searches bring people here. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.
You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer, and you can clear the cookies from your browser.
Who else touches it
Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), for the analytics described above, and only with your consent.
Our hosting and CDN providers, which necessarily process requests to serve the site.
Our email provider, when you write to us or we write to you.
That is the full list. We do not pass enquiry details to advertisers, data brokers or partner agencies, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.
Where it goes
We operate globally and our providers do too, so data may be processed outside the country you are in, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rest on the mechanisms those providers offer for international transfer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you would rather your enquiry stayed within a particular region, tell us in the message and we will say plainly whether we can do that.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards for up to two years, because a project that goes quiet often comes back. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Analytics: 14 months, the retention window configured in Google Analytics.
Server and security logs: rotated within 90 days.
Client contracts and invoices are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, which is longer than the periods above and is not something we can shorten on request.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you and get a copy. You can have it corrected if it is wrong, or deleted. You can ask us to restrict how we use it, object to use based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting what was done before.
Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days, and we do not charge for it. If you are in the EU or UK and you think we have handled this badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data reaches a small number of named people rather than a shared inbox, and access to our systems requires individual accounts.
No site can promise perfect security, and one that does is not being honest. What we can say is that we hold little sensitive data by design, because we do not ask for what we do not need.
Google user data / internal tools
Our internal assistant "Hermes Mail Agent" accesses Google account data (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Contacts) only for accounts owned by BlockmanPR staff who authorize it, and only to organise mail, calendar and documents for that user. This data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train generalised AI models. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Hermes Mail Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is kept only as long as needed for these tasks and deleted on request. Contact: [email protected].
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with data already collected, we will say so on this page and update the date above. We do not backdate changes.
Contact
[email protected] for anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data.
