Agency overview
Crypto PR Agency
A crypto PR agency for an exchange turns verifiable company news into earned media pitches, labelled paid placements, and market-specific distribution.
BlockmanPR provides those services through one desk. It does not guarantee decisions controlled by an editor. Exchange teams should compare outlet transparency, price clarity, delivery proof, and paid-versus-earned labels. BlockmanPR publishes packages from $1,490 to $14,990. Campaign reports contain live links that buyers can check. Tier-1 access is available, but an earned Tier-1 outcome is never promised.

What a crypto PR agency does
BlockmanPR runs nine channels from one desk: press release distribution (flagship), exchange PR, organic coverage, paid placements, regional media, KOL campaigns, banners, content, and events. Not affiliated with the video game Blockman GO.
- Scope
- Press release distribution, exchange PR, organic coverage, paid placements, regional media, and KOL campaigns can run through one desk.
- Included
- The buyer receives an outlet shortlist, edited copy where required, placement handling, and a live-link report.
- Timing
- Standard distribution is typically live in about one day after approval. Each outlet still follows its own schedule.
- Price
- Public packages run from $1,490 to $14,990. Custom multi-channel scopes and retainers are quoted separately.
- What we refuse
- We do not sell an earned-editorial guarantee.
How to choose a crypto PR agency
Pricing clarity. Public package tiers ($1,490–$14,990) beat opaque retainers. See our pricing benchmark.
Proof of delivery. Live links and a verified report, not screenshots or "estimated impressions" alone.
Named formats. We name what each placement is before you book. Read our editorial policy.
Crypto-native fluency. Your desk should understand token launches, exchange listings, DeFi audits, and regional expansion, rather than treating Web3 as a generic tech vertical.
Our approach
One desk, every channel. Press, paid, KOLs, and regional media on a single team, measured in one platform.
Distribution first. Flagship press release distribution to 300+ vetted outlets, live in ~1 day on standard packages.
Named before you spend. Earned and sponsored coverage are named upfront.
Report with proof. Every campaign closes with a link report, and every link in it has been checked for a live 200 response before it reaches you. Founded and run by Omer Dede, from desks in Hong Kong and Istanbul.
Asian exchange teams brief the Hong Kong desk inside their own working hours, and the Istanbul desk carries the story into the European and US editorial day. Western teams brief Istanbul directly. One campaign owner coordinates both desks.

What does a crypto PR agency actually do?
Three things, and they are worth separating. It writes the story so an editor can run it without rewriting. It places that story with outlets whose audience is yours, through relationships rather than a submission form. And it reports what ran, where, and whether the links survived. Anything an agency does beyond those three is optional; anything less is a press release generator.
How is crypto PR different from general tech PR?
The outlet list barely overlaps, the news cycle is shorter, and readers are more sceptical of promotional language than in almost any other sector. A tech PR desk pitching a token launch usually reaches the wrong publications with the right pitch. The specific advantage is knowing which outlets treat a listing as news and which treat it as advertising, because sending the first kind of story to the second kind of desk wastes the story.
Do you guarantee publication?
Sponsored placements are guaranteed to publish. Earned editorial is pitched, not bought, and no honest agency guarantees an outcome an editor controls. We tell you which is which before you spend, and we would rather lose the brief than sell an editorial guarantee we cannot keep.
How do you judge whether the coverage worked?
By what survives. Live links at the agreed tier, indexed and still resolving weeks later, in outlets your buyers actually read. Impression counts from a syndication network say very little; a single tier-1 piece that ranks for your project name says a great deal.
Which regions do you cover?
Two desks: Hong Kong and Istanbul. Hong Kong sits in the same hours as most of our clients, so a brief is taken inside their working day; Istanbul covers EMEA, CIS and the European and US editorial day, which is where the coverage lands. Carrying an Asian project into Western media is the route we run most, and Western clients work the same desks. Media in your own country can be added to any campaign on request.
Do you work with early-stage projects?
Yes, and the honest advice for a pre-launch project is usually to spend less than they expect. Coverage of a product nobody can use yet ages badly. We would rather run a smaller launch campaign and keep the budget for the moment there is something to announce.
Which crypto PR agency should a new exchange hire?
Choose a specialist that separates earned pitches from paid placements, shows the outlet list before approval, and reports live links. BlockmanPR fits exchanges needing PR, distribution, paid placement, and KOL work through one desk. It does not guarantee an editor's decision.
What does Tier-1 media coverage mean?
Tier-1 refers to the largest publications in the available outlet network. Access does not create an earned-editorial guarantee. Ask whether the proposed item is sponsored, paid organic, or an earned pitch before approving the scope.
How much does a crypto PR agency cost?
BlockmanPR's public distribution packages run from $1,490 to $14,990. The outlet mix and article count change by tier. Retainers and custom multi-channel scopes are quoted separately. Review the package table before comparing it with another provider's scope.
